This privacy policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data at Pexev. It applies to all users of our platform.

Club account: name, email address, password (cryptographic hash), phone number, club name and address — to provide the service and for contact.
Guest data (on behalf of clubs): first name, last name, email, phone, party size, and optionally date of birth and gender — to manage the digital guestlist.
Check-in log: timestamps and device labels — for real-time analytics and entry control.
Billing data: Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Payment card information is processed exclusively by Stripe and never reaches our servers.
Club data: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 31(2)(a) nDSG.
Guest data: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the club) and data processing on behalf of the club under Art. 28 GDPR and Art. 9 nDSG.
Club account data: During the active subscription period and 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.
Guest data: 12 months after the respective event, then automatically deleted.
Billing records: 10 years under Swiss commercial law (Art. 958 CO).
We only share data with the following sub-processors, all of which operate in compliance with GDPR and nDSG:
• Resend Inc. (email delivery) — EU data centre • Twilio Inc. (SMS) — EU data centre • Stripe Inc. (payment processing) — USA, secured by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the Swiss Data Privacy Framework
No further disclosure to third parties takes place.
The main database runs on an Infomaniak VPS in Switzerland. Emails are sent via Resend (EU), SMS via Twilio (EU). Payment data is processed by Stripe (USA) with adequate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR.
You have the right to access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
